Instructions for Returns
We offer 3 free methods to return your books back to us. You may return separate rental orders in one parcel / box in order to speed up returns processing.
1) Return your books at your local ParcelPoint location.
Visit Zookal Returns @ ParcelPoint. Enter your details, select your most convenient ParcelPoint location, then download and print your ParcelPoint return label. Use a ParcelPoint label to lodge your return at a ParcelPoint location.
2) Return your books at an Australia Post Office (not available in all locations).
Visit Zookal Returns @ ParcelPoint. Enter your details, select Australia Post eParcel, then download and print your Australia Post eParcel label. Use the Australia Post eParcel label to lodge your return at an Australia Post Office.

3) You can return the books to our Head Office located at Unit 3, 1 Coggins Place, Mascot, 2020 between 9:00am and 5:00pm weekdays.
Free Returns are only applicable for rentals. Returns for anything else, as well as refunds or exchanges, will incur a fee of $10.00 when using this service.
Returns and Late Fees
For those renting Zookal textbooks for normal university semesters, then the following due dates apply:
- Semester 1: Wednesday, July 12, 2017.
If you are studying outside the usual times (e.g. at a private college, trimester or summer school) then we will extend your due dates so you can use your books for the full duration of your study period and then return them after your final assessment. Please let us know if this is the case so we can mark it in our system and you do not incur a late fee.
We have a late fee of $4.95 per week past the designated due date. You can drop off your books at our Sydney office location at Unit 3, 26A Ralph St, NSW 2015 or ship them back to us with a free postal slip that we will send to you.
