Question details
A reinforced slab (4in thickness) built integrally with beam consists of 4 spans (8'0" ft on-center). The clear span of the slab is 7'0" for all spans including the end. The service live load is 200psf and the service dead load is 80psf (including self weight). Design of slab is not required.

(I) compute load coming on T-beam
(II) compute effective flange width (bf)
(III) design t-beam for max +Mu at the center
