Problem 3. Design (choose diameter and material) for water flow in full pipe A. For each pipe material find the smallest (cheapest) diameter that will still provide 15.0 cfs. Create a table with columns for diameter, velocity, flow rate, and total cost. The rows of the table should be pipe material. Properly format the values in the tabl and include units.
