(b) Test for controllability and if the system is controllable, determine the full state feedback gain vector K so that the closed loop system has poles at -1 and -2. Write the final control gain matrix in the correet column oro fom.(7 pts.) (c) Test for obeervability and if the system is ohservable, determine an estimator compatible with the closed loop poles. Write the final observer gain matrix in the correct column or row form. (7 pts) d) Draw the block diagram of the complete control system (you may show the matrices as A, B, K etc.) (5 pts.
