Q.1 (a) A three-phase transformer is rated at 10 MVA, 3311 kV with Z = 10% and R 1%. If base power 200 MVA and base voltage of 22 kV (at HV side transformer) are selected for a power system, determine the (i) base reactance value. (ii) actual Z and R values referred to primary and secondary. (111) transformer losses in kW, if 0.033 р.u (referred to selected base) of current flow through R.
